How To Find the Right Circle to Push You to the Next Level!

Chaz Wolfe gathers an elite circle of entrepreneurs in Cabo, Mexico, to celebrate growth, legacy, and the power of relationships.

What is powerful advice for young entrepreneurs?

Gary Curley: Looking back, I would advise my younger self to make decisions more quickly, fail faster, learn from it, and just go for it with full force.

How does celebrating achievements benefit team morale and leadership?

Gary Curley: Celebration is an area where I've grown significantly over the past few years. Previously, I would achieve milestones and immediately move on without appreciating the moment. Celebrating even the smallest victories with my team has become a crucial part of my leadership. Recognizing these moments helps to foster true bonds. We're celebrating not only the 500th show but also three years of consistent effort and reaching our set metrics. This approach contrasts sharply with the constant hustle culture, which often focuses on never being good enough. Recognizing real wins and acknowledging the value in ourselves and others is vital for developing meaningful relationships and fostering a healthy work environment.

How does personal growth within a relationship translate to professional success?

Matt Kuhlhorn: The bond that Annie and I share today is a tremendous win. After navigating 18 challenging years of marriage, if I could advise my past self from three years ago, I'd emphasize focusing more on leadership within our relationship. Our dynamic is somewhat traditional, but learning how to collaborate effectively and support each other in our distinct roles has been pivotal. Today, our relationship is stronger than ever; I feel immensely supported and loved, and I reciprocate that affection. This synergy has significantly enhanced our effectiveness as parents and business partners and in pursuing our mutual growth. It's truly a massive win.

Why should entrepreneurs join communities that understand their challenges?

Landon Malave: Before I embarked on my growth journey, I felt incredibly isolated. I had few friends who were entrepreneurs and no one in my circle who could relate to my business challenges or the guilt I felt from missing out on my children’s events, among other things. Knowing what I know now, I wish I had connected with like-minded individuals sooner. I would encourage people to get vulnerable, reach out, and seek others who understand their journey. For years, I tried to handle everything alone, which was a tough and often fruitless battle. If I had found a group like this earlier, perhaps I could have achieved more sooner. However, I believe everything happens for a reason, and I met this group at the perfect time in my life. It’s indescribable how it feels to have this caliber of people around, constantly pushing each other. We communicate daily, discussing our goals, personal achievements, marriages, and our children. Finding this circle has been incredibly special; I’ve found my people, and I deeply appreciate everyone here.
